Restaurant Partner Compensation Policy

Compensation Terms Applicable When Logistics Services Are Provided by FoodZap

Compensation Eligibility

The Restaurant Partner acknowledges and agrees that when an Order has been placed, prepared, and picked up by the Delivery Partner and is later cancelled or rejected for reasons not attributable to the Restaurant Partner, FoodZap shall compensate the Restaurant Partner with an amount equivalent to a successful Order.

Compensation Based on Accurate “Order Ready” Status

FoodZap shall compensate Restaurant Partners who consistently mark “Order Ready” accurately under the following conditions:

  1. If an Order is marked as “Order Ready” and later cancelled or rejected (for reasons not attributable to the Restaurant Partner) before pickup, FoodZap shall compensate 80% of the Net Order Value, excluding reusable items.
  2. Compensation is applicable only if at least 80% of Orders were accurately marked “Order Ready” during the previous week.
  3. An Order is considered accurately marked when:
    • Delivery Partner arrives before marking and picks up within 3 minutes, OR
    • Delivery Partner arrives after marking and picks up within 3 minutes of arrival.
  4. If an Order is not marked “Order Ready” or does not meet accuracy criteria, no compensation shall be payable even if cancellation is not attributable to the Restaurant Partner.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Orders cancelled by customers within 60 seconds of placement are not eligible for compensation.
  • Only Orders accepted and confirmed by the Restaurant Partner at the time of cancellation are eligible for compensation.
  • Orders cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Restaurant Partner are not eligible for compensation.
